Sales are final on all Customized Clothing, Garments, Accessories and Jewelry, No Returns.
In case of a special case scenario with the merchandise, such as a mistake on our part, we kindly request you to send a detailed email to email@example.com
within 3-4 days of receipt of the product.
- We will then send you an email if the return can be accepted. If such a case, we will mail a confirmation together with a return authorization form, this form and the mail will explain the procedure to return the merchandise. If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side, we will refund the price of the returned products.
- Refunds can be processed only through the same channel as the payment’s been done and cannot be interchanged with any other mode.
- You may now proceed to send the package back to us. It must reach us within 15 days for Domestic delivery and 30 days for International delivery.(Date considered is Date of Delivery)
- Return product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and un-customized.
- For Full Price Merchandise if the product does not reach us within 30 days from Date of Delivery, product is not eligible for return.
- For SALE Price Merchandise if the product does not reach us within 15 days from Date of Delivery, product is not eligible for return.
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials.
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
